☀️ Summer has certainly arrived at Riversdown! With temperatures soaring to 29°C—mirroring much of Europe—our students have turned up the charm and creativity to make the most of the sunshine. Refusing to retreat indoors, lessons moved into the lush garden, where feet found a refreshing home in the swimming pool while minds stayed sharp.

 

Beyond the books, the social calendar has been just as energising. Highlights included a picturesque stroll through West Meon and a welcome break on a pub terrace during a sightseeing tour of Winchester. Golf and tennis kept spirits high and limbs moving, while meditation was accompanied by the sounds of birds chirping in the whispering trees above. Capping off the week was a lively outdoor quiz that under the shade of the trees in the garden.

Summer might be sweltering, but at Riversdown, it’s all part of the experience—where learning and laughter bloom side by side, no matter the heat.
