We celebrated Chinese New Year for the first time this week at Riversdown.  Students welcomed in the year of the Fire Horse and read their future in their fortune cookies.  Our chef, Andy, cooked a delicious meal of spring rolls and seabass with ginger and spring onions.  With a cross-cultural dessert of Crepe Suzette we also celebrated Pancake Day on the day before Lent began.  A fun evening was enjoyed by everyone, and we wish a Happy New Year to all our Chinese friends and students.
