Recently, Gabriela studied at Riversdown for two weeks.
Now living in Spain,
Gabriela was very proud to share her culture and food from her home country: Honduras. Gabriela introduced us to her country through a presentation. She then, very generously, made traditional Honduran soup for lunch, assisted by Beto, our regular chef from Colombia. Together they also made fried plantain – not a food we usually see on the menu at Riversdown. It was a real pleasure to share these foods at the wonderful Riversdown dining table.
