This week we enjoyed an Italian evening at Riversdown, created by one of our youngest students, who’s just 18 years old. Matteo has taken a three-week course at Riversdown to improve his English in preparation for his degree in international gastronomy at Turin university. Together with our talented chefs, Andy and Kate, Matteo produced his family’s Sicilian dishes of fresh ravioli and scaloppine. Thank you, Matteo!
