Last night’s wine tasting by the Naughty Grape was an unforgettable journey into the heart of Slovakia’s wine country. Students and teachers drank wines from family-run vineyards. Our guides, Lucia and Darren, blended British and Slovak expertise to tell us about unique grape varieties and the stories behind them. From crisp whites to velvety reds, all the wine is produced with sustainable methods.  Everyone enjoyed hearing about the traditions and craftsmanship that goes into making such great wines.  The questions continued as Lucia and Darren joined us for dinner at the famous Riversdown dining table.  We’d like to thank them for visiting us and wish them all the best for their wedding in Slovakia in September.  Cheers!
